Best real estate agency we have met so far! Cheap and very fast, reliable and trustworthy! Above all, we can highly recommend Karen Spaughton! They take care of everything, all the necessary administrative procedures, even register electricity and water. So we were able to easily buy our house in Mili on Samos from Germany. Two months ago we had seen the house and now we already live in it. We had dreamed of buying a house here for a long time, but we had heard again and again how complicated everything was to buy a house in Greece as Germans. No, it's not complicated at all if you have a good broker!
