The price for this option is 350,000 euros fully completed, this option will give you a choice of tiles, fixtures and fittings, kitchen cabinets and choice of wall colours.
 
Option 2
As mentioned above, the properties are currently 2 bedroom, for a price of 400,000 euros the properties can also have a further 2 bedrooms in the basement space, this making 4 total bedrooms, an extra WC in the basement and there will also be a pool included in this price, this option will also give you a choice of tiles, fixtures and fittings, kitchen cabinets and choice of wall colours. The basement rooms will have window openings.
 
We have also researched what income someone would expect to get from these properties if they decided to rent them out via an Airbnb like platform, if they were rented from  the beginning of  April through to the end of October, the price could reach 600 euros per night for the 4 bedroom property as it can sleep upto 8 people. Another great reason that these properties are great for investment.
 
The overall completion time of a villa will be 12 months from the start date, a deposit of 20% of the sale price will be requested and there will be a staged payment plan in place according to the development progress.
